**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing marketing and promotional events, such as trade shows, product launches, pop-up stores, and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for increasing brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Act as a brand ambassador at events, engaging with attendees, and promoting the company's products/services in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
- Support the sales team by providing event-based lead generation and follow-ups to close sales opportunities.
- Distribute promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, and giveaways during events.
- Track and report on event performance, sales conversions, and customer feedback to assess the success of campaigns.
- Coordinate with vendors, event staff, and venues to ensure smooth event logistics.
- Assist in social media marketing and content creation to promote events and offers before, during, and after promotional activities.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service at events, ensuring all interactions are positive and engaging.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Previous experience in marketing, sales, event planning, or a related field is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Passionate about sales, promotions, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and travel to event locations as needed.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
