**6 month fixed term contract (with potential to extend, if suited to the correct person).**

We're looking for a confident Administration Assistant to be part of our wider 'Schools Success Team' who ensure that our customers receive the best service throughout their contract with us. In this role, you'll need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly and have meticulous attention to detail.

You'll be responsible for:

- Troubleshooting and providing support to customers with product and service issues.
- Ensuring that all queries and complaints are resolved or escalated within service-level agreements.
- Updating and maintaining customer records in the company Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.
- Supporting the sales and retention team with day to day administration.
- Helping to write and review FAQs and help centre articles.

**About you**

- Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Good multitasking and organisational skills.

**Desirable**
- Knowledge of primary education.
- Previous experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.

- Office based
- Weekday shifts between 8am and 5pm (8-4pm on Fridays)
- Onsite parking

- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays (annual entitlement)
