Duties, Roles, Responsibilities.
You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and marketing tasks relating to The Landscape Academy, including its training courses, facility, events, and support of the Academy team.
- Provide general office & administrative support to the Academy team
- **Answer calls and carry out some reception duties (depending on location)**:
- Manage customer and supplier enquiries
- **Carry out and manage tasks related to course enquiries and bookings**:
- Book and co-ordinate refreshment and lunch requirements for learners
- **Manage and update customer database**:
- Register delegates and provide assistance on course training days
- **Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients**:
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- **Assist Academy team with preparation of course documentation, handouts, literature etc**:
- Help provide a variety of marketing requirements such as company literature, leaflets, and branded materials
- **Book travel arrangements**:
- Assist with preparation and represent the company for any company events, trade show and exhibitions, etc where required
General
- Ensure that clients and visitors to our service are met with a warm, friendly and efficient service, maintaining confidentiality at all times
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail, and the ability to work without supervision
- Time-management skills in setting priorities and managing work pressures.
- Strong organisational and record keeping skills
- Technical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
- Follow company standards and comply with all Health & Safety Procedures, PPE etc
- Complete/attend training as required
- Comply with GDPR Regulations when handling customer information, with the ability to handle confidential information
- Flexible approach to support the Academy team
PREFERRED BUT NOT ESSENTIAL
- Marketing experience for Social Media Channels
- Graphic experience
Please note this role is initially part time, leading to full time in the future.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: From £12.00 per hour
