**Accounts Assistant**
One of the UK’s leading residential specialists has an exciting opportunity for an accounts and administration assistant to join their team based in Chester, Cheshire.
Solomon Investment Partners provide information, research, and advice to property investors with an interest in the UK and European residential markets. Solomon Investment Partners specialise in exclusive off-market property investment.
**About the Role**
**Salary**: £24 - £26K, depending on experience
**Key Responsibilities**
- Accounts Receivable
- Raising sales invoices
- Maintenance of development reports
- Credit control
- Intercompany reconciling
- Reconciling debtor’s ledger
- Accounts Payable
- Raising Purchase orders for department heads
- Reconciling PO’s to purchase invoices
- Monthly reconciling of outstanding PO’s
- Reconciling creditor ledger
- Arrange monthly supplier payments.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Provide support for month-end and year-end audit.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Maintain confidentiality of organisational information.
**About You**
**Essential**
- General accounts experience
- Excel
- At least 2 years accounting experience
- Proficient in data entry and management
**Desirable**
- Knowledge of XERO accounting software
- Knowledge of intercompany transactions
