The Accelerator Graduate Programme is for ambitious food lovers who are looking to grow a successful career, learning from industry leaders, at an accelerated pace.

Individuals who are not interested in spending the next 10 years working their way through a hierarchy but instead want to learn the inner workings of the business as a launch pad for their rapid progression through the company and a route to quickly taking on more responsibility.

**What will you do?**
- £30,000 per annum salary (pro rata)
- 9 month programme with opportunity for role after
- Mentoring throughout
- Graduates join working from the heart of our business - our kitchens. Working as a Chef learning all about the food and operational side of the business - 6 months in total
- Each student will spend 3 months at a time in 2 different types of kitchens - e.g. dark kitchen and consumer-facing.
- Graduates will spend 3 months working in support teams - Finance, HR, Sales, Account Management and our food studio.
- Each student will also have a project throughout the scheme and two smaller ones throughout their time in each kitchen.
- Each student will work 40 hours a week including at least 1 peak shift (Fri, sat, sun evening)
- Each student will have 2 days per month out of the kitchens to: work on their project, do other Sessions organised activities and external training.

**1. Studio** - We partner with a quickly growing portfolio of founder-led businesses to rapidly scale their food concepts by providing them with a platform, expertise and support to do so.
Encouraging the growth of independent food brands.

2. **Venues/Spaces** - We operate ‘Market-Halls’ such as ‘Shelter Hall - Brighton’ to act as incubators as well as multi-brand dark kitchens. Bringing together the best of local independent restaurant concepts, street food and inspiring chefs, all under one phenomenal roof. Providing a space for consumers to fall in love with both our owned brands and a space for our founder partners to thrive.

3. **Accelerator **- We partner with ‘host’ locations through a large network of businesses and industries, these ‘hosts’ welcome our brands into these locations to act as a catering partner or delivery kitchen.
Accelerating the growth of founder-led businesses.

Sessions is ran by industry titans (former MD of Deliveroo UK (CEO), former Chief Financial Officer of Soho House Group (CFO) and founder of Sourced Market (MD)) and they are once again looking to change the face of the food industry.
