WHAT IS THE WORKFORCE AND ORGANISATION ACCELERATE PROGRAMME PATHWAY?
The Workforce and Organisation (W&O) pathway of the Accelerate programme is designed for talented graduates passionate about accelerating transformations across our client's employee experience, workforce, and change programmes. We deliver this through people-led change empowering our clients to deliver transformations throughout their business.
The Accelerate Programme consists of 2 parts:

- Knowledge of market trends and challenges across Technology Transformations and, HR and Talent functions.
WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE
When you enter the Workforce and Organisation Academy, a key focus is placed on your development and providing you opportunities to learn a variety of skills in a range of environments. During the programme, you will benefit from a suite of learning opportunities including a dedicated W&O Academy curriculum, from internal trainings, to externally recognised professional accreditations and communities of practice.
Working alongside a world-class team with a wealth of consulting and industry experience, you will begin to create relationships across the organisation and acquire a foundation of consulting skills, tools and methodologies to help you accelerate your career. You will be part of a project team, building trust-based relationships at the heart of a client's organisation, helping them change the way they work and transforming their business to achieve their goals. You'll get early responsibility and build your skills through interesting and challenging work.
At Capgemini we don't just believe in inclusion, we actively go out to making it a working reality. Driven by our core values and Inclusive Futures for All campaign, we build environments where you can bring you whole self to work.
We aim to build an environment where employees can enjoy a positive work-life balance. We embed hybrid working in all that we do and make flexible working arrangements the day-to-day reality for our people. All UK employees are eligible to request flexible working arrangements.
Employee wellbeing is vitally important to us as an organisation. We see a healthy and happy workforce a critical component for us to achieve our organisational ambitions.
