Are you an experienced Facilities Management professional looking for an opportunity to develop into a strategic role? We are looking for an experienced built environment / asset management professional to develop and provide critical business intelligence and management information, aiding decision making for hard and soft services, cost modelling and control for public sector estates management.
**The Role**
The Estates and Facilities Management Specialist is required to provide clients with business insights and corresponding recommendations related to the management of public sector facilities.
This will include identifying the fundamental business information that details performance against contractual obligations and presenting findings and trends to client stakeholders that will aid continuous improvement efforts for these estates.
Utilising existing data, the role is required to review asset performance and identify factors leading to current outputs, as well as forecast future performance, business information requirements and therefore opportunities for gain, to optimise management decision making. This will be presented to clients in the form of reports and recommendations supported by agreed management information.
The benefits of these insights and trends identified will be to benefit the full supply chain encompassing the client and its hard and soft services supply chain.

**Remuneration**
A basic salary circa £50k is available, offered alongside exceptional company benefits including agile working options, talent development programmes, employee assistance programme and discount and savings scheme across thousands of retailers.
**About you**
You will be an experienced facilities / estates management professional who can demonstrate effective decision making through data driven investigations and root cause analysis.
A strong communicator, you will be skilled in presenting information to stakeholders (internal and external) with recommendations and guidance for developing business processes.
You must be familiar with Computer Aided Facility Management software and ideally PowerBI
You must hold or be able to obtain security clearance.
