Senior Plant Coordinator

**Purpose**:Join the Key Accounts Hiredesk to service all of our Key Account and HS2 Customers

As a key influencer across the Lynch team this role will help implement and embed the company vision and behaviours across all that we do. **Reporting Lines**:
You will report into the Key Account Hiredesk Manager

**Focus areas of the role**:
The success of the role will be measured against the effective implementation of the following focus areas:

- Taking hire enquiries from our Key Account and HS2 Customers - primarily resourcing core equipment due to no internal availability or items that we do not run on our fleet
- Supply good advice on products available, or alternative options
- Completing quotation on our Syrinx System
- Engaging with suppliers to negotiate pricing and building strong relationships
- Ensuring all queries are resolved within a timely manner
- Work closely with all other Depots and Departments to ensure hire demands are met, including logistics, recruitment and credit control.

- Previous administration experience would be of an advantage but not necessary.

- Strong coherent communication skills, both verbally and written
- Business drive and strong work ethic
- Strong sense of urgency, responsibility, and accountability
- Process improvement and working smarter
- Excellent digital capabilities, you will be a key team player to drive efficiencies into our team through your best practice IT skills.
