**The Role**:
As a **Trainee Resourcer**, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the recruitment team to find, attract, and build relationships with skilled plant operators to support our national contracts. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to start a career in recruitment within the construction or plant hire industry, with full training and mentoring provided.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Post engaging job adverts across job boards, social platforms, and internal systems
- Screen and qualify applicants via phone and in-person
- Arrange interviews, coordinate start dates, and support compliance checks (e.g. Right to Work, PTS, CPCS)
- Work closely with depots and operations teams to understand demand and plan ahead
- Help build a pipeline of reliable, qualified operators ready for upcoming work

- A keen interest in recruitment, construction, or plant hire
- Great communication skills and the ability to speak confidently with all types of people
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and take ownership
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Computer literacy (Outlook, Excel, CRMs, job boards)
