Barista/all Rounder

Willow Grove Farm is a family-owned farm located just outside Lakenheath, Suffolk.
Purchased in 2021 as a project to be renovated and rejuvenated, the farm operates a varied portfolio of business enterprises including:

- A glamping site.
- Coffee shop.
- Paddocks for resting racehorses.
- Units providing rented office and storage space.
- Insurance brokerage and financial services.

**Overview of job description & key tasks/ responsibilities**:

- Consistently produce excellent coffee, food and drinks.
- Take and process orders.
- Provide a high level of cutomer service and rapport.
- Knowledge to maintain health & safety and cleanliness across the cafe
- Maintain presentation and stocking of the cafe.
- Ability to work inderpendently and as part of a team.
- Operating and maitaining kitchen equipment such as grill, oven, coffee machine

**Person Specification**

**Essential Criteria**:

- Barista experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- A positive outlook, can-do attitude, and friendly personality
- A passion for delivering excellence in everything you do
- The communication skills to strike up a good conversation with customers.
- A hard-working and multi-tasking skills
- Understand our service and ethos

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Organisational skills in order to plan and deliver excellence.
- Logical, diligent, methodical, well organised and able to see a job through from beginning to completion.
- Excellent attention to detail and levels of accuracy.
- Ability to resolve problems as they arise.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: £10.50-£12.00 per hour
