**Job Overview**:
This role is working 4 days per week and any additional hours where needed to cover the peak periods of business.

You will be required to work all school holidays and bank holidays as these are our peak periods of business. Weekend availability is a must also.

**Duties**:

- Supervise and co-ordinate catering staff to ensure efficient service delivery
- Maintain food safety standards and compliance with regulations
- Provide training and guidance to catering staff on customer service, food service, allergens and coffee making
- Oversee kitchen operations, including food production and presentation
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the front of house areas
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally in the absence of the duty manager

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in hospitality, cafe, or catering industry
- Proficiency in food preparation, barista trained, and food safety standards
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills with both customers and staff members

Pay: £12.00-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
