**Complex Care Assistant**
**£14.00 - £15.00 per hour - weekly pay**
We are currently recruiting for compassionate night care assistants to support an individual with complex needs within the comfort of their own home. The client, based in Melksham has a congenital condition that affects her ability to breathe, so previousexperience of similar conditions is essential. Due to the nature of the work the shifts last 8 hours, and will be worked throughout the night.
**Required experience**:
- Previous professional experience as a care assistant (essential)
- Previous experience supporting clients with a congenital condition
- Previous experience with alternative complex care requirements (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Driver's license and access to own vehicle (preferred due to location)
- Good professional and personal references

- Six months' paid experience in care such as a care assistant, domiciliary carer, support worker, personal healthcare assistant, care worker or similar is essential._
