PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

An exciting role with a global remit, the Resourcing Advisor will drive recruitment excellence in recruitment delivery across our International offices. A great combination of autonomous strategic hiring and business partnering where you will become a true extension of the teams that you are supporting.

This role can be based in either Leeds, Manchester or Edinburgh and includes travel to the other UK offices as and when required.

THE TEAM
Our HR Group delivers the people strategy of the firm globally with talented individuals spread across our UK offices (London, Manchester, Leeds and Edinburgh) and internationally (Dubai and Dublin). The HR Group comprises of the Learning and Development, Reward & Benefits, HR Operations, HR Business Partnering, Early Careers and Responsible Business teams

This role is within our Lateral Resourcing team, responsible for attracting and hiring the best talent globally, whether that be qualified lawyers up to partner level, business services staff and paralegals.

WHAT WILL THE ROLE INVOLVE?

Joining a dynamic and ambitious team of talent acquisition specialists, the lateral resourcing team is presently undergoing a phase of transformation. The Resourcing Advisor role will be responsible for managing recruitment for a dedicated division within the firm. You will be aligned to a fee earning division where you will use your business partnering abilities to foster strong working relationships with the teams you work with. In addition to supporting with recruitment you will play a key role in driving forward the teams, and firms, strategic priorities and have the opportunity to get involved in a number of projects dedicated to bettering our internal and external delivery.

The following list, whilst not exhaustive, gives a flavour of what you can expect in the role:
**Responsibility for all non-uk recruitment, inclusive of**:

- Taking effective briefs from hiring partners and curating a compelling effective recruitment campaigns.
- Working with the hiring managers to create comprehensive & meaningful role profiles reflective of the AG EVP and employer brand and carrying this through to agency briefings and screening calls.
- Effective shortlisting and screening, providing advice, best practice and insights to Hiring Partners throughout the process.
- Manage the offer process, advising hiring partners and managers on appropriate salaries and processes for achieving successful outcomes and ensuring all offers are appropriately authorised.

Work with innovation and imagination to ensure we are attracting the best talent. Continuous research, networking and understanding of our non-uk markets and the most effective ways to recruit, sharing market insights to ensure we remain competitive.

Build and maintain strong relationships with local agencies and hiring teams - coaching and advising hiring managers throughout.

Working with a strong business partnering mindset, building effective relationships with Divisional Finance, HR and BD.

Working with an emphasis on direct sourcing, using appropriate tools such as talent mapping, job boards, employee referrals and social networking sites ensuring the best hiring experience in conjunction with the greatest outcome for the cost per hire and inclusion ambitions of the team.

Responsible for updating internal and external careers pages, website profiles and other external media, such as job boards to advertise roles and promote AG.

Lead, with support where required, on key recruitment projects and initiatives to completion. Some notable projects underway and key initiatives include but are not limited to are:
