**Job Title: Influencer Marketing & Social Media Executive (Full-Time, Permanent)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify exciting influencer collaboration opportunities across various business segments in collaboration with the Social Media team.
- Assist the PR & Marketing teams in executing the annual marketing calendar with continuous influencer involvement.
- Cultivate strong relationships with social media influencers, creating content across various social media channels.
- Proactively pitch and generate opportunities for potential influencer partnerships.
- Develop customized proposals for influencer collaborations and oversee all stages of the process: pitching, closing, implementation, and reporting.
- Ensure timely and compliant delivery of each influencer campaign, steering social media coverage through influencer seeding and partnerships.
- Oversee the planning of social media strategy across current and new social channels.
- Enhance audience engagement, cultivate online communities, and acquire new customers.
- Support community management and address customer queries via social media.
- Manage influencer marketing campaigns and coordinate product gifting.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of active engagement in online communities across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest.
- 2+ years of experience managing strategic influencer partnerships with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
- Collaborative team player passionate about social engagement and capable of managing various content.
- Demonstrated ability to devise strategy based on audience research and intuition.
- Utilize social analytics to provide clear recommendations on content and strategy.
- Proficient social media copywriter with a strong visual sense and creative aptitude.
- Ability to collaborate with the creative team while also independently producing content.
