An exciting opportunity has emerged to join one of UK’s most established ecommerce eyewear companies based in London. In search for a Social Media Executive to join the business, and their fast-growing marketing team to take its success to the next level.

You will be responsible for the delivery of the social media strategy
- both planning & delivering content that is relevant, engaging and effective. Possessing experience of managing social media campaigns, including paid media amplification and targeting.

You will be reporting to the Head of Content

Overseeing multiple functional areas, you will be a key figure in implementing and coordinating the Social media marketing strategies to optimise growth, meet/exceed business goals, and deliver the best in class customer experience.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Take ownership of the Social Media calendar
- Plan and execute Social Media campaigns including Paid advertisements across all Social Channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc)
- Work hand in hand with our designer and content team to create creatives and content that will be a hit with our audience
- Implement and grow the social media strategy that aligns with company goals and raises brand awareness, generate a positive buzz, creates conversation and ultimately deliver website visits and conversions
- Identify trends and insights
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
- Listening and reacting to segmented groups of customers, prospects, influencers and competitors
- Creating and managing paid social campaigns to support activity
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in managing Social Media
- Proven track record of building and maintaining a loyal following across social media outlets by generating unique and relevant content for that environment
- Experienced in working with social media reporting tools
- Strong analytical knowledge allowing data to be turned into engaging content
- Experience using social media monitoring and scheduling platforms
- Consumer awareness - quick to understand a brand's audience
- Extensive knowledge of current and future channels
- Excellent written, verbal and numeracy skills
- Great communication skills and ability to work as well as a team
- Team player, hard-working with can-do attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
