Acting as a central point of contact for queries relating to product lines and the production process, as a Trainee Production Coordinator you will build knowledge of supply chain/distribution management to improve the production and distribution process across the BSW Group.

**_Specifically, some responsibilities of a Trainee Production _**Coordinator**_ include:

- **
- Support the management and control of centralised cutting schedules and planning processes.
- Support the management of the internal transfer of materials between BSW sites and maintain stock levels within areas of control. Building your knowledge of site capability and constraints
- Utilise system tools to create efficient production plans across BSW Timber sawmills, that meet the customer requirements and supports operational efficiencies.
- Create quality documentation and training materials to support management teams on site.
- Support the management of treatment capacity, and the centralised forecasting and capacity process.

**_About you:_**

With prior experience undertaking coordination and/or administrative duties, you have the ability to prioritise and delegate effectively and deliver to tight deadlines in a fast paced and growing business. In addition, you’ll have:

- Highly attentive and good organisation skills.
- IT skills across all Microsoft programmes.
- First class communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical skills.
- A Level standard, or equivalent, education.
- Experience working within the production/manufacturing industry would be highly advantageous.
