**ROLE OVERVIEW**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

2. **HR Administration** - Provide administrative support for HR processes, including record-keeping for holidays, absences, training, and performance management.

3. **Administration** - Regularly update and maintain company records and databases to ensure accuracy and consistency.

6. **Compliance **- Develop a sound understanding of company policies and legal requirements.

7. **Office Support** - Assist in the day-to-day operations of the London office, ensuring a professional and welcoming work environment.

**PERSON SPECIFICATION**
- Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Has strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Can prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Has a positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Is a pro-active and positive team player.

**Apprenticeship eligibility requirements**:

- _- To not already hold an administration qualification at level 3 or above_
- To meet course suitability and initial assessment requirements in English and maths
- To have the right to work in the UK and meet apprenticeship funding eligibility criteria

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Pay: £18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
