Excellent opportunity for a hand on PR Associate Director looking for flexibility - PERM ROLE

**The Company**

This small but mighty PR agency is a team of senior comms specialists who enjoy being hands on and delivering work end-to-end for clients.They operate in an entirely flat structure of Associate Directors leading on strategy, client consultancy and implementationon a day-to-day basis, for a portfolio of incredible (big brand) clients across consumer, corporate and B2B spaces. This a fantastic Associate Director position for an experienced Public Relations specialist with strong B2B and corporate background who perhapsneeds more flexibility in their working life and wants to work amongst another grown-ups.

**The Associate Director role**

This Associate Director will sit as a number two to the co-founders, helping to oversee a portfolio of B2B, corporate and 'corpsumer' clients, with a key focus on delivering thought leadership programmes, reputation management and business profiling.

This is an end-to-end role where you will be responsible for developing strategy for your clients and driving the implementation - media relations will be a critical part of this position, as will senior level client servicing. While you will be involvedin new business, you won't be responsible for prospecting or generating new leads.

**Background & experience of the ideal Associate Director**
- Working at Senior Account Director or Associate Director level - ideal for return to workers
- Experience working on corporate programmes for big brands (B2B and and consumer)
- Demonstrable success with thought leadership programmes
- Strong media relations experience - comfortable newjacking, placing features, news stories and comment
- Confidence an experience ideating and coordinating events
- Ideally has come from a PR agency background, perhaps a freelancer looking for perm opportunities that still offer flexibility.
