This company routinely works with household names including Tesco, the BBC and Google, delivering strategic insight to meet their objectives across a range of research areas. This has included looking into hard-to-reach markets, attitudes towards sustainabilityand cultural deep dives.

A team of over 100 and headquartered in London, they are now bringing an associate director onboard. Your qualitative expertise will be applied across a wide range of projects, which you'll take lead in running end-to-end. Nurturing client relationships,you'll support and work alongside senior directors in developing new business. You'll also help develop the next wave of researchers, managing more junior team members.

**Key Duties Include**
- You will liaise directly with your clients at through the full project life cycle - from briefing and proposing methodologies to delivering practical insights
- Writing and delivering successful research proposals to win business
- Managing and overseeing project teams, delivering the project brief to time and budget
- Presenting to clients and managing client relationships

**Skills & Experience**
- As Associate Director you'll have a strong background in qualitative research in a research/insight agency, from carrying out depth & stakeholder interviews to workshops
- Great communication, empathy and able to manage client relationships effectively
- Strong ability to manage yourself across multiple priorities
- Confident in developing talent, supporting team members in their professional growth
