**Overview**
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Showroom Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our showroom, providing exceptional service and expert advice on our products. Your ability to communicate effectively and your passion for sales will help create a welcoming environment that encourages customer engagement and satisfaction and ensure we continue receiving our exeptional customer reviews

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers as they enter the showroom, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Assist customers in understanding product features and benefits, guiding them through their purchasing decisions.
- Utilise upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities.
- Maintain an organised showroom by ensuring products are displayed attractively and inventory is well-managed.
- Follow up on leads and enquiries to ensure customer satisfaction and conversion to sales
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve showroom targets and maintain high standards of customer service.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in a sales role, preferably within a showroom or home improvement environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping customers find the right solutions are essential for success in this role.
- Lead management experience would be an advantage

**This is a full time role but we will consider a 4 day week.**

Showroom hours are as follows:
Mon - Fri 9-5

Sat - 10-4

Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £20,000.00-£29,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus scheme
