The role is to work within a dynamic and high performing team on delivering supply/ compliance projects associated with the Pain portfolio. You will mainly focus on coordinating R&D activities required to support the implementation of Key Supply/ Compliance projects, such as raw material changes, process improvements, manufacturing site changes and overall product resiliency.

**You’ll succeed because you can**
- Provide accurate technical support (analytical) for multiple product classifications: medical device/ general product.
- Develop and validate analytical methods as required.
- Support in solving complex technical problems using experience, knowledge, research and advice.
- Author & Review protocols, reports, Module 3 CTD’s and required analytical documentation in line with current best practice and internal SOP requirements.
- Manage a small team, monitoring and encouraging their personal and professional growth and development.
- Be the R&D representative in cross function discussions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the wider team with respect to compliance, H&S and audit readiness.
- Work with other teams globally across R&D, supply, quality and regulatory to ensure supply projects (Process improvements, Raw material changes, new system implementation) are delivered on time and to a high quality.

- Educated in a relevant scientific discipline such as Chemistry or Biological Science.
- Experienced in product development within an R&D Healthcare or FMCG or Medical Device environment including experience with regulatory dossiers.
- Results orientated, self-motivated with an ability to evaluate and take risks.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask without compromising quality and delivery.
