HSDC is looking to appoint a Facilities Operative to support the Facilities Team at Alton Campus.

This role is to provide effective facilities support to the Campus and ensure the buildings and surrounding areas are maintained to the required standards. To be responsible together with other members of the Facilities Team for the security of the Campus buildings. The role also involves various statutory compliance (fire safety and water hygeine) checks for which training is provided.

Ideally applicants should have:

- Good general education to include Maths and English.
- Experience of working within a Facilities, Premises or Estates Management environment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Strong communication and team working skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
