Site Equip is the South's leading supplier of portable welfare facilities operating within event and construction industries, supplying to major contractors including; London Fire Brigade, the Ministry of Defence, and many major events.
Through our investment in people, we are able to expand and develop our innovative and forward-thinking company. We have a new opening for an Operations Admin. The position is based at our Lasham, Hampshire Depot.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, organised, and driven person to ensure our customers receive the highest quality equipment and service available on the market.
**The Role**
- Administration: Raising workshop jobs for the outdoor staff to complete, processing the completed jobs and raising maintenance, repair, and cleaning inspections, and allocating the workshop app.
- Communication: Communication between the office, outdoor staff, and customers, under the supervision of the fleet, workshop, and yard supervisors.
- Support: Supporting the operations department with their admin requirements, ordering parts, and any additional needs.
- Purchasing; Raising orders, and receipting items.
- HR; Administrating the timesheets for the fleet, yard, and workshop teams
**Experience and Expertise**
- Experience in administration
- Pro-active
- Strong MS Office skills

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
