**Role Overview**
We are currently recruiting for a Security Officer to join our passionate and driven Security team based at our client’s site in Bath.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- To provide operational support to the DFM in the delivery of security services to the shopping centre.
- Patrolling All areas such as Malls, Back of House, Car Park, Service Yards, offices and all other areas of the centre to ensure safety and security is kept to the highest of standards
- Use of Radios to communicate to control room and management
- Provide excellent customer service and experience to all guests and visitors
**About You**:
Able to work within a customer facing environment is a requirement for this position along with exceptional communication and people skills. Specific competencies within this general requirement include the following:
- Competent in security operations with SIA DS (essential) and CCTV licence (desirable).
- Able to work and build partnerships with clients and employees.
- Be able to demonstrate an understanding of high-quality service delivery and the impact on this delivery.
- The ability to be agile and flexible to meet the needs and demands of the role
- Always remain polite and professional.
