Carnival UK are back sailing the world, and we now have two brand new ships joining our fleet We will need to man these ships with the very best talent: this is where you come in. As an **Internal Recruiter** you will join our friendly and welcoming Resourcing Team.

We have a number of positions to fill offering both full time and part time opportunities. Please note that our part time opportunities will include weekend working.

We are based out of a fantastic working environment in the heart of Southampton and offer a fun vibrant culture to be a part of.

**About you**

To be considered as an Internal Recruiter, a background in leisure recruitment is ideal, either in-house or agency with knowledge of attraction and selection processes. Naturally you will be familiar with using recruitment systems and will have the abilityto develop screening criteria and interview questions.

You will have excellent communication skills and possess the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization. Strong organisational and attention to detail skills are essential within this role, as is a good commercialawareness.
