As a Category Management Assistant you will play a central role in the Category Management team, working with Boots UK teams to shape and curate retail data in order to enable the creation of

**About the role**
The Category Management team will be supporting Boots UK on over 100 projects this year, each one addressing a specific product area (Eg. Baby, Sun care, Pain Relief, etc) and involving 2-4 weeks of intense data collation and manipulation work. This vacancy focuses on providing competitor range audit and administrative support to the Category development team. You will collate data using various reporting tools and compile spreadsheets, which allow analysts to compare Boots UK product ranges and pricing against our competitors.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Primarily focused on timely and accurate administrative duties associated with collating and maintaining Boots’ records of competitor pricing & products.
- Collating data from price audits, internal sources, external sources and websites to facilitate direct comparisons between Boots and competitors on product range and price
- Provide admin support to the wider Category Management team as required.
- Provide ad hoc advice and support to other project teams as required.
- Constantly strive for improved efficiencies.**What you’ll need to have**
- Admin / Data entry experience
- Intermediate MS Excel skills
- Able to quickly build and maintain close working relationships with others
- A high standard of accuracy and concern for order and quality

**It would be great if you also have**
- Ideally educated to A-Level or equivalent
- An understanding of Health & Beauty products to ensure information provided is delivered to a high degree of accuracy is desirable
