Gymnastics Coach

Deliver engaging and entertaining lessons for pre-school children up to 16 years old

Provide an introduction and safety briefing at the commencement of each lesson

Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow

Provide individualised care and support to meet the needs of each child

Foster positive relationships with children & parents

Follow the companies approved lesson timing structure

Evaluate children’s performance with the companies training diary and skill tracking policies

Engage in active coaching during every lesson

Demonstrate skills to the best of your ability

Return any used equipment to its designated position promptly after the conclusion of its usage

Comply with the companies uniform policy

Adhere to the companies code of conduct

Facilitate a safe handover to parents after classes

Deliver verbal feedback to parents after each session.

Monitor and assess children's progress

Maintain accurate records of children's development and daily activities

Follow the approved curriculum

Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care

Previous experience in sports coaching, particularly in gymnastics

The ability to effectively communicate and demonstrate skills to gymnasts of all ages and skill levels
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with gymnasts, parents, and other coaches
Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for working with young athletes

A 'Can do' attitude

The ability to make classes fun

**The Role(s)**:
We have full time and part time roles available from 8 hours up to full time.
The role will mainly be evenings and weekends.

Pay: £18,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
