Gymnastics Coach

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement gymnastics training programs for athletes of various skill levels
- Instruct athletes on proper techniques, form, and safety measures
- Create and lead engaging and challenging practice sessions
- Provide feedback and guidance to athletes to help them improve their skills
- Plan and organize gymnastics competitions and events
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure a positive and supportive team environment
- Monitor and assess athlete progress and make necessary adjustments to training plans

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in gymnastics coaching or sports coaching
- Strong knowledge of gymnastics techniques, rules, and safety procedures
- Ability to effectively educate and communicate with athletes of different ages and skill levels
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and inspire athletes
- Sports coaching certification or relevant qualifications preferred
- Ability to pass a background check
