**Job Title: Project Coordinator**

The Padel Club is one of the UK’s leading Padel Club providers, dedicated to bringing this fast-growing sport to communities nationwide. With a vision to expand rapidly, we’re rolling out new clubs across the UK, creating premium spaces for players of all levels to enjoy. As we embark on this exciting growth journey, we’re looking for a skilled and motivated Project Coordinator to help us deliver new club locations efficiently and effectively.

**Role Overview**:
The Project Coordinator will play a critical role in driving the development and completion of new club facilities. This role requires a resilient and resourceful professional with experience navigating construction processes, including new builds, refurbishments, and fit-outs. The Project Coordinator will manage all project phases, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while upholding our high standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Project Delivery: Oversee the entire lifecycle of projects, ensuring completion within established timelines and budgets.
- Pre-Construction Planning: Support initial assessments, addressing any potential challenges before project initiation. Take responsibility for the completion of Contracts and Warranties.
- Construction Management - oversee the Project Manager and the Construction Team and attend site meetings and report on progress and issues.
- Utility Coordination: Collaborate with professional teams on utilities, including capacities and connections.
- Financial Coordination: Partner with the Finance Team to oversee contractor payments and manage budgets.
- Stakeholder Communication: Work closely with the Senior Management Team to align on project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Performance Monitoring: Evaluate and report on contractor and consultant performance to ensure quality and value for investment.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project coordination or related roles.
- Proven ability to coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

**Preferred Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or MCIOB (Chartered Institute of Building).

Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
