Development Surveyor / Project Coordinator Location: Wilmslow, Cheshire Salary: Competitive Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time The Role This is a hybrid role combining development surveying and project coordination. The successful candidate will manage due diligence, viability, planning, and legal documentation for land transactions, acting as a central point of contact between internal teams (land, commercial, technical) and external advisors (solicitors, consultants). You’ll ensure legal processes progress smoothly and support commercial teams in driving land deals through to completion.
