We are looking for a **Store Manager** for our beautiful store based in**Henley**, who will drive the business sales forward by supporting and developing the teams to deliver their full potential.

**The Role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a **Manager** to join our team and manage the day to day running of our **Henley**store. Excellent High Street location and well established team make it a perfect place to grow, develop and progress your career

As a **Store Manager** you’ll lead by example, inspire your team to deliver the highest level of service whilst ensuring that all colleagues are happy, motivated and well trained.

It’s a varied and challenging role that requires excellent leadership and communication skills along with a hands-on management approach and the ability to demonstrate strong visual merchandising skills

**About You**
- Target driven, with the ability to lead a team to achieve targets
- Working at Assistant/ Store Manager (or similiar) level within a fashion retailer
- Would consider someone working at department/sales manager level in larger retailer
- Commercially knowledgeable
- Experienced in presenting stock at a high standard.
- Flexible with the ability to work well under pressure
