Finance and Administration Assistant

Role responsibilities:
- Manage customer bookings
- Sales ledger - issuing invoices, maintain internal spreadsheet
- Bank reconciliation
- Credit control
- Purchasing - ordering goods for all offices
- Reporting on sales and aged debtors
- Ordering goods for all offices
- Posting supplier invoices and liaising with suppliers
- Monthly stock take
- Assisting with property and facilities management
- Ad hoc tasks given Senior members of the team
- AAT/ACCA part-qualified
- Some previous accounts experience within a commercial environment is essential
- Proficient with Microsoft Office packages, specifically Excel, Outlook and Word
- Attention to detail
- Good communication & organisational skills
**Hybrid working pattern is available or if someone prefers to be in the office, they can go in 5 days a week**
