**Job description**

Due to the continued success and growth of the company we are currently seeking to add an Operations Coordinator to be based in our Flore offices. The role would suit an individual who has a background in property maintenance & development, who is enthusiastic in supporting this company through its expansion and has an excellent attitude towards customer service.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Welcome and assist customers and guests in a professional and friendly manner, while maintaining a tidy and organised reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls. Ensure a prompt and accurate distribution of messages and correspondence to the appropriate parties.
- Scheduling of reactive maintenance works and communicate with clients to arrange visits.
- Perform data entry tasks, updating records and databases accurately. Maintain organised and up to date customer project files.
- Manage office supplies, including stationary. Place orders as needed to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Providing clients with quotes for reactive maintenance and repairs services, communicating pricing and details effectively.
- Ordering necessary parts and materials for maintenance projects.
- Schedule workloads for employees to ensure the correct appointments are set in engineers diaries.
- Stock management
- Ensuring we meet clients SLAs & KPIs

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
