We are looking for customer centric individuals that can both handle queries on the phone and provide administrative support to the team. The role of Customer Support Agent will be working on an existing project with a major UK bank known for excellentopportunities to network and develop your career prospects. This would be an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate with a background in the industry, or someone with strong customer service/ administrative skills to enter the financial sector.
You will be required to work on site in central Cardiff, 37.5 hours per week, between 09:00-17:30, Monday-Friday.
**Key responsibilities as a Customer Support Agent**:

- Using excellent telephony skills to take ownership of calls, and work to ensure there is resolution in an efficient and effective manner.
- Listening to customers meticulously to gather their in-depth recollection of the complaint issue.
- Identifying areas for improvements that benefit the customer and business needs.
- Completing administration tasks to support customer and business needs.

**The ideal Customer Support Agent will have following skills and experience**:

- Good experience in a CS setting, with the ability to multi-task.
- Contact centre experience and complaints procedure knowledge is desirable.
- Knowledge of Financial services and products advantageous.
- Fantastic organisational and collaboration skills to ensure the team’s success.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills to articulate complex and challenging decisions into simple language in both a spoken and written capacity.
- Pro-active and adaptive to succeed at challenges.
