Administrator with Sales Support

Responsibilities:
- Provide general admin duties
- Answer incoming telephone calls, recording details of orders and passing to the sales team
- Booking in paperwork for sales enquiries
- Compile certification documents to send to customers
- Scan and file documents
- Type up documents, letters and reports
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Prior experience in admin roles or sales support an advantage but full training will be given
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

**Education**:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
