We are currently recruiting for a HR Consultant to join our established client in the hospitality sector based in London on a part time basis of 2-3 days per week.
Purpose of the job
To provide expert management and consultation to Staff in the following areas:
All ER colleague related matters in line with our clients' values and behaviours including but not limited to disciplinary, grievance, attendance, flexible working, contractual variations, advice on terms and conditions, exit interviews, TUPE.
People management policies and procedures
Operate a triage process for effective and timely handling and escalation of employment matters and case work support
Act as a point of escalation for HR Co-ordinators on policy and ER queries
Prepare and deliver management information and reporting
Management of change and restructure within the business
Use of the integrated HR system
Person Specification
CIPD qualified (or equivalent)
Operational HR Consultant experience
Outstanding communication and customer service skills
Able to build relationships with managers and coach them through key processes
Close attention to detail with a focus on delivering quality results consistently, accurately and on time
Experienced in the use of HR and e learning systems, highly proficient in Microsoft Office products, in particular Word and Excel
Experience working on change and restructure projects
3 month Day rate/FTC options available
Competitive rates
London Based
Hybrid working - 2/3 days in the office
Circa £60,000 pro rata depending on experience
