Interim HR Consultant - Policy
CPS Group UK are delighted to be seeking a seasoned HR Consultant, with experience of writing employment policies from scratch and a deep understanding of Employment Law, on behalf of a multi-national organisation blue-chip in London.
The post-holder will undertake a full review of the Company's HR policies with the aim to:

- Create a contemporary suite of resources, with a focus on developing straightforward, employee-friendly guides
- Build management capability by having a practical 'how to' approach to documents (particularly on core policies such as disciplinary/performance, dispute resolution and absence management)
- Ensure that policies are legislatively compliant (in conjunction with in-house Legal Counsel), incorporating best practice and are inclusive in line with DE&I strategy.
- Engage with HR Operations Teams to ensure that policies are accurate and reflect current ways of working/processes (e.g. sickness reporting).
Required Skills & Experience
- HR policy drafting
- Employment law expertise and ability to engage with ER and in house Legal Counsel where needed
- Strong attention to detail
- Working in matrix environment with multiple stakeholders (e.g. ER, HRBP's, HR Operations Teams, DEI, Legal)
