**Position**: Change & Transformation Project Manager
**Location**: Theale based office, on client site 4 days per week and 5th day from home. UK Driving License essential
**Salary**: £55,000 - £72,000 dependant on experience plus bonus
Perks: Car Allowance paid monthly, 25 days annual leave with increases after 3 years, Perkbox benefits, 5% pension contribution, BUPA health care, Annual bonus paid twice yearly.
Working for a company with strong team foundations and family friendly feel your role will be to project manager on companies wish to imply change and transformation into their teams. Your role will include refining processes and coaching teams and their managersinto new ways of achieving their company goals.
About You
- You will need to be able to project delivery at the heart of everything to you do via being on site with the client.
- Ensure projects are kept to time and budget
- Be able to work closely with your own team and the clients team as well as work with the Programme Director with clear communication across the board.
- Organisational management skills are key
- Have a strong analytic approach
- Pride yourself of building rapport and strong client relationships
- Hold a valid UK Driving license and have access to a car.
- Ability to commute to head office in Theale once per week when required.
