Our Waste Recycling Centre opened in 2015, just on the outskirts of Chichester and has seen us rapidly growing in all aspects. We operate a fleet of skip lorries, tippers, grabs and hooklifts, and a range of plant and machinery.

We're now looking for an Inert Plant Recycling Supervisor, to aid the management of the business - helping to ensure effective, safe work processes, with maximum efficiency.

The role will involve loading crushers, screeners and vehicles. You will be dealing with staff on all levels, suppliers, and customers, so will need to demonstrate good people-management, and excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.

Ideally you will have H & S experience, and a good understanding of recycling processes as well as all aspects of transport.

Below is a list of required skill/knowledge/experience
- Overseeing all the operational activities of the plant
- Continuously improving the quality of products to meet the set standards and customers’ requirements
- Managing the performance of the team while ensuring adherence to health and safety procedures
- Building effective professional working relationships with all stakeholders, including suppliers and customers
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive maintenance program for the plant
- Maintaining all administrative records
- Maintaining inventory levels and controlling the flow of product

This is a full time position, salary is negotiable, depending on experience.
