**Position: Customer Service Advisor**

We’re looking for a confident and ambitious Customer Service Advisor to join our growing business. The role is in our fast-paced customer service team, responsible for managing daily inbound customer and supplier enquiries. You’ll work to maintain our reputation for great customer service for our existing customers of 16,000 + and more.

Business Waste Ltd is a Waste Management broker in York that provides a national service. We’re dedicated to supporting our clients with waste collection, legal advice, and reducing their environmental waste impact at the lowest possible price. You’ll play a big part in helping achieve this as part of a friendly and successful team.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Answer customer service inquiries from our existing customer base and our suppliers
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers about our waste products and pricing
- Work with customers to determine their needs and help them find the right solution to meet their needs.
- Build long-term relationships with customers by taking the necessary steps to ensure positive customer service experiences.
- Work with internal departments to ensure that customer needs are being met.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role or related field is required.
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Clear and professional phone manner.

Pay: £24,606.79 per year
