**Head of Funds, Crown Dependencies**
**Jersey**
As a Barclays Head of Funds, Crown Dependencies, you will be a core member of the Chief Operating Office (COO) Crown Dependencies (CD) Management Team and will carry key responsibilities in respect of Funds. You will report to the COO, Channel Islands and will be required to work closely with 1st and 2nd Line of Defense and senior management teams in Jersey, Guernsey, IOM and the UK.

**What will you be doing?**:
- Leading and coordinating the business preparedness to Plan / Manage & deliver the Jersey Registered Entities
- Overseeing escalations for any out of process actions and complaints
- Preparing and collating MI for key stakeholders including Board documents
- Working closely with service providers (internal & external)
- Ensuring timely and accurate production along with the co-ordination and completeness of regulatory returns
- Knowledge of the minimum process required and experience negotiating with Fin Crime teams

- Broad experience working with internal & external service providers to ensure agreements are robust and oversight to ensure delivery by those providers
- Experience coordinating the completeness of regulatory reporting
- Proven experience of influencing senior stakeholders including briefings and presentations
- Broad knowledge of Funds and Trust Structures
