An established privately owned house builder with a good local reputation are looking to recruit an Assistant Site Manager to help manage a quality new build housing development in Bishops Cleeve,Cheltenham
The role:
As an Assistant Site Manager you will help run the development and help manage the project within a set build program and help make sure it is completed within budget and with the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
On a daily basis you will carry out toolbox talks and maintain records according to program. You will be responsible for health and safety on site. This will involve identifying risk assessments and safe systems of work and weekly audits. You will control andmonitor all resources including materials and subcontractors. As a successful Assistant Site Manager you will ensure site records are maintained and recorded accordingly.
The Company:
A privately owned house builder who build semi/detached houses and apartments for sale on the open market. They work across Gloucestershire,Oxfordshire and the Midlands
The Person:
It is likely you will have previously worked as either an Assistant Site Manager,Foreman,Finishing Foreman,Supervisor or Manager in a similar house building environment preferably on luxury housing projects. It is essential to have a CSCS, First Aid, IT skillsas well as a driving licence.
