Are you an experienced Assistant/Site Manager or Senior Site Manager from a residential house building background looking to join a well-established local property developer who specialises in building high quality homes?The CompanyNew Dawn Homes are a Cheltenham based residential property developer with developments throughout Cheltenham, Gloucester and Stroud. We are building high specification 2-6 bedroom homes to be proud of. As a small company there are the benefits of progression and involvement in all aspects of the company as we work as a close team.As a company, we were established over 20 years ago with a strong company ethos of taking pride in each individual project, building communities that people are proud of, we are renowned for good quality and building our beautiful developments is a very rewarding role.The RoleThe Site Manager will manage all site resources including labour, plant and materials and programming, as well as on-site health and safety and client customer service. As the No. 1 on site, you will be the decision maker and expected to take ownership of all site issues and ensure they are dealt with promptly.Some training can be provided, if you are ready to progress your career.
