**Job Description**:
**Job Role**: Talent Coordinator
**Hours**: 37.5 per week
**Shift Pattern**: Monday - Friday
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain job requisitions on Company ATS and ensure talent pools are up to date.
- Coordinate recruitment events, such as career fairs and open days, to attract top talent.
- Support the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are fully prepared with required documentation, and uniform.
- Coordinate new hire induction with relevant teams and managers, ensuring smooth integration into Ward Security’s culture.
- Manage the administration of offer letters, contracts and pre-employment background checks
- Facilitate smooth onboarding by coordinating background checks, security clearances, and any necessary compliance documentation.
- Manage Company vetting process ensuring the Company is compliant with BS7858 Security Industry standards
- Maintain accurate Talent Team data and employee vetting files are up-to-date.
- Prepare recruitment and onboarding reports to track hiring metrics and talent pipeline progress.
- Ensure compliance with legal and industry-specific requirements, particularly around security licensing and certifications.
- Assist with other HR projects as needed, including diversity and inclusion initiatives, employee engagement programs, and health & safety compliance.

- Strong communication skills
- Organisational and multitasking skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Experience of working in a fast-paced office environment
- Proven experience in dealing with difficult customers
