**MAIN PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE JOB**

Responsible for Multiple tasks around the site,

Acid cleaning and finishing product, maintaining cleanliness across all departments preparing, cleaning and packaging product for delivery. Help in all departments were and when required, aid in the transportation of a wide variety of products to different required addresses. Assist in the maintenance of the fleet, ensuring that all vehicles are cleaned maintained.

**DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Daily Operations**
- Complete daily operations and report to the department Managers daily.
- Be responsible for the correct processing of outgoing company goods.
- ensure maximum productivity is achieved
- Ensure that all deliveries are packaged and ready for delivery on time by using equipment and processes that are at your disposal.
- Inspect material and end products to ensure that all quality expectations are being met.
- Ensure that all welded products are cleaned and finished as specified.
- Ensure that tasks are organized in a methodical order to maximize productivity.
- Responsible for maintaining the company’s quality policy and objectives with your team.
- Completion of all delivery paperwork in a correct manner ensuring that all goods are counted and checked, then signed for on all occasions.

**Customer Service**
- Be the first point of contact for customers when required
- Proactively communicate with customers
- Ensure that you are polite and helpful at all times

**Health & Safety**
- Responsible for safety awareness in all jobs to help eliminate injuries with the department
- Constantly check for safety hazards and ensure problems are rectified promptly
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Follow all safety requirements
- Actively participate in safety improvement activities
- Report any unsafe practices by co-workers
- Immediately report all injuries and other safety incidents

**General Responsibilities**
