About you : As Assistant General Manager, we are looking for someone who: Has experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility). Experience leading a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals, or across variable depts. Experience of financial planning and management. Passionate about customer service.
