The successful applicant will have the opportunity to learn the fundamentalsof risk management through the administration and maintenance of business requirements. =
- Oversight of the 'Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA)’ process, working in conjunction with the Operational Risk team and wider business.
- Incidents & Errors.
- Risk Monitoring plan.

**Knowledge / Experience**:

- Knowledge of Operational Risk within a first line or second line role.
- Enthusiasm and an ability to demonstrate a positive and flexible approach.
