**Inventory Administrator**
Full Time - Permanent - Monday to Friday 9am - 5.00pm (plus flexibility to work extra hours as required)

At G Comms, we distribute and stock hold materials for the telecommunication’s industry. Based within a 50,000sqft site based in Coleshill.
As a **Inventory Administrator **your main role will be working within the Projects Team working on Returns/Decom, you will work closely with other departments within the business and customers, ensuring clear and consistent communication is delivered.
**Some of your duties and responsibilities include**:
- Listing equipment using Microsoft excel.
- Processing equipment into the correct systems.
- Ensuring all paperwork is to a high standard and attached to each load.
- Ensure each load is ready for dispatch.
- Liaise with customers regarding their equipment with clear and concise information.
- Communicate with all departments to chase information.
- Produce reports for warehouse team and management.
- Scanning documents.
- Filing documents.
- Matching records and chasing data.
- Communicate any discrepancies with the relevant department.
- Updating excel reports.
- Debrief drivers and pass all correct paperwork.
- Liaise with internal teams and problem solve.
- Compliance to H&S / Quality regulations and procedures to ensure the safety of you and other site personnel.
- To undertake any other duties as and when necessary to meet the varying demands of the business and satisfy customer needs.
**The person for the role will**:
- Have a good knowledge of business processes within a inventory or stock administration would be an advantage
- knowledge of Sap would be a strong advantage but isn't essential
- Strong administration skills essential.
- Have good IT skills and written and verbal communication
- Have excellent attention to detail.
- Have knowledge of using WMS business operating systems.
- Have an excellent health & safety and quality systems awareness.
Please note this role will be based in the office environment and you will be expected to go into the warehouse / yard to look at parts and products for details associated with their return.
