Alexander & Co is a successful and fast growing estate agency operating in the Home Counties and is looking to recruit a Client Accounts Team Leader role. This is a new position and an exciting addition to the business

The purpose of the role is to support the Client Accounts team and to build close relationships with all internal and external clients, ensuring that exceptional customer service is provided at all times, whilst making sure that company processes and procedures are adhered to. This role will also be the first point of contact for any escalated queries.

Duties include:

- Using industry software to ensure that clients are paid and payments are received from clients.
- Ensuring that all details are correct for payments and any corresponding fees and charges are applied.
- Completing the daily bank reconciliation.
- Liaising with the Lettings and Property Management teams to process the release of tenant deposits and ensuring that they are aware of all relevant financial information.
- Chasing outstanding rent and fee arrears.
- Preparing quarterly non-resident landlord tax returns.
- Ensuring that tenancies are processed correctly on check in and renewed without undue delays.
