**Health & Safety Coordinator**
**Location**: Northwich (Hybrid)
**Reporting to**: Senior Associate
**Hours**: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Minimum of three days in the office)

We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Health & Safety Coordinator to support our growing team. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity to learn the fundamentals of health and safety compliance while helping us create a safer workplace for everyone.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
**Administrative Support**
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars for the Health & Safety team
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and correspondence
- Keep all health and safety documents organized and up to date

**Data & Compliance**
- Gather and track data from risk assessments, inspections, and training logs
- Monitor regulatory compliance and help document safety performance
- Support the team with incident reports and resolution tracking

**Equipment & Supplies**
- Help manage safety equipment inventory (e.g., PPE)
- Ensure gear meets standards and is readily available

**Training & Events**
- Assist in organizing training sessions, meetings, and workshops
- Maintain employee training records and certifications
- Prepare materials and take notes during key meetings

**Safety Awareness & Culture**
- Help promote safety initiatives across the company
- Distribute communications and encourage employee engagement in safety efforts

**What We’re Looking For**:
**Education & Experience**
- High school diploma (or equivalent) required
- No prior experience needed — just a willingness to learn
- Any administrative experience or basic health and safety knowledge is a plus

**Skills**
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Clear communicator, both written and verbal
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools
- A team player with a proactive mindset

**Additional Information**:

- Hybrid working: 3 days in-office, 2 from home
- Occasional travel to other sites may be required
